How to submit a request
- Send us a WhatsApp message at (939) 312-5951 with the words “Data deletion request.”
- Include your name, the phone number or account you used to contact us and a brief description of the information you want deleted.
- We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and prevent another person from deleting data without authorization.
- We will confirm receipt and let you know when the request has been processed.
Information we can delete
We can delete contact information, form submissions, messages or prospect data under our control that is no longer needed to provide services or meet an obligation.
Information that may be retained
We may retain certain records when necessary to:
- Meet legal, tax, accounting or contractual obligations.
- Document transactions, warranties, installations or completed services.
- Resolve disputes, prevent fraud or protect the security of our systems.
When applicable, we will limit use of those records to the purpose that justifies their retention.
Data managed by Meta, WhatsApp or other platforms
Deleting information from our records does not necessarily delete information retained by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google or another platform. Use each provider's privacy tools to manage information it maintains directly.
Response time
We normally respond within 30 days. If a request is complex or an obligation prevents us from deleting some information, we will explain the outcome.
