The website's content is informational. A request submitted by form, WhatsApp or phone does not create a contract, work order or guarantee of availability. The final scope, equipment, quantities, price, dates and conditions will be established in a proposal, estimate, invoice or other document accepted by the parties.
3. Recommendations and installations
Recommendations depend on the information provided and the conditions observed at the property. Limitations may relate to the structure, electricity, internet, cable routes, access, height, permits, compatibility or existing equipment.
The customer is responsible for providing authorized access to the property and disclosing conditions that may affect the work. A change in scope or an undisclosed condition may require a price and schedule revision.
4. Remote operation and internet
Remote features, notifications and access from a phone normally depend on stable electrical and internet service at the property as well as third-party services. An interruption involving power, internet, a platform, mobile device or user account may temporarily limit those functions.
5. Security systems and limitations
No system can completely eliminate the risk of theft, vandalism, intrusion, damage or loss. Cameras, alarms and smart devices are tools for deterrence, detection, documentation and notification, but they do not guarantee prevention.
Unless a proposal expressly states otherwise, PR Home Security is not a security agency, insurer or emergency response service. In an emergency, contact 9-1-1 or the appropriate authorities.
6. Equipment, warranties and third-party services
Manufacturer warranties, licenses, subscriptions, cloud storage and third-party platforms may have separate terms. We will identify known recurring charges or additional services when a solution is proposed.
Warranty, support and maintenance coverage applicable to a project will be specified in the corresponding sales or service documents.
7. Payments and cancellations
Deposits, payments, taxes, travel charges, changes, cancellations and due dates will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. The content of this website does not replace those specific conditions.
8. Permitted website use
You may not use the website for illegal activity, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or violate the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
The PR Home Security name, logos, designs, text, images and other original content are protected under applicable laws. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written authorization, except where permitted by law.
